(1) Acquisition of personal information

当社は、油圧・空圧事業、組立、性能検査等の各事業活動において、お客様からの当社商品・サービスのご注文、技術相談等の当社商品・サービスに関するお問い合わせ等において、必要な範囲内でお客様の個人情報および法人等のお客様のご担当者等の個人情報を取得することがあります。

(2) Use of personal information

当社は、お客様からお預かりした個人情報を、当社商品・サービスの提供、アフターサービス、当社商品・サービスの開発および品質向上、お客様からのお問い合わせへの対応、当社商品・サービスに関する情報のご提供等のご案内および運営等に利用します。

また、当社は、お客様へのより良いサービスの提供のため、個人情報の取扱いをグループ会社間または外部の委託先に委託する場合があります。委託にあたっては、個人情報を適切に取り扱っている委託先を選定し、委託先で適切な管理が実施できるよう必要な事項を取り決め、お客様の個人情報保護に努めます。

当社は、お客様の個人情報を、グループ会社間との間で共同利用する場合は、共同利用者の範囲、利用項目、利用目的等の所定事項を、あらかじめお客様に通知するか、ホームページなどにおいて公表します。

(4) Third party provision of personal information

We will not provide your personal information to third parties without your consent, except in the case of joint use of group companies and dealers and provision to outsourcing parties. Provided, however, that this shall not apply in cases where it is necessary to protect human life and property in the case of laws and regulations, and cooperation with public institutions such as police and courts is necessary.

当社は、お客様ご自身の個人情報の開示のお申し出を当社所定の手続きにより受け付けた場合は、当社の業務に著しい支障をきたすとき、または個人の生命、身体、財産その他の権利を害するおそれのあるとき等を除き、遅滞無くお客様に開示します。
また、当社は、お客様ご自身の個人情報の訂正、追加、削除または利用の停止、消去のお申し出を当社所定の手続きにより受け付けた場合は、遅滞無く調査を実施し、その結果、その必要がある事由があるときは確実に実施いたします。
